Returns and Exchanges. We hope that you will be delighted with your MOEAVA purchase. If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 14 days of your purchase date.

You may Return or Exchange for store credit products purchased from us if the product was purchased from www.moeavabeauty.com or www.moeava.com.au . The product must be in a new, unused, unopened (seal unbroken), and resaleable condition to be eligible for a return.

To be able to return or exchange a product, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (including receipt, e-receipt, or gift receipt).

Please note: Purchases where there is a gift receipt or gift card used will be eligible for a store credit for the return only.

All goods returned to us will be at your expense unless you are entitled to return the goods by law.

To make a Return/Exchange via POST

  • Check that you meet the above return conditions.
  • Find your order/receipt number.
    • If you purchased online, it can be found on your confirmation/shipment email
  • Please contact our Customer Experience Team at customerservice@moeavabeauty.com to initiate the return of the item and Returns Form will be provided to you.
  • Package your items securely and send to the address indicated in your Returns Form

Shipping Information

Order process and delivery timeframes

All of our MOEAVA products are shipped to you from Australia. We offer free shipping for Australian domestic orders over $69 AUD.

We endeavour to process and dispatch all online orders within 1-3 business days from the order being placed, unless otherwise stated. Following dispatch, you will be notified via email with a tracking number.

Delivery of standard orders will take between 2 to 20 business days, depending on your destination and shipping method.

Please note: 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

We are not responsible for any additional VAT or Duties to import country (Countries outside of Australia)

During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays), dispatch times may be longer.

We also use third parties to complete our deliveries. Some of these organisations do not work weekends or public holidays. Please be prepared for slight delays to your delivery around Christmas, Easter, and public holidays.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Addresses

MOEAVA cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We will do our best to retrieve the item; however, you may lose the items if they are delivered to the wrong address or not returned to us.

Standard Shipping

Delivery charges will vary depending on the size, weight, and delivery address of your order.

For an accurate delivery quote add the items you want to order to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout to receive a delivery quote. You will need to enter your postcode and/or full address for an accurate quote.

Your final shipping charges will be displayed in your checkout page before you proceed to payment.
